6 Casita Typologies for Resort Village

The project focuses on the development of six Casita typologies for a resort village, designed in response to the desert landscape, site conditions, and programmatic requirements. The Casitas comprise two-, three-, and four-bedroom residential units, with typologies developed to address variations in orientation, privacy, and views within the natural environment.

Architectural documentation was developed for permitting and construction phases, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and supporting the coordinated delivery of the design intent. The result is a cohesive set of residential typologies integrated within the surrounding desert landscape.
