Structural analysis and design were carried out for new reinforced concrete floor slabs and the steel roof framework. The engineering solutions and drawings were developed based on a highly detailed BIM structural model created from a scanned point cloud.

The building was divided into five sections and developed in collaboration with several structural engineering firms under a tight construction schedule. Structural verification calculations were carried out and a detailed BIM structural model was developed for the sports wing, which includes a children’s swimming pool. For the main part of the building, featuring two concert halls, a structural BIM model was created and coordinated with the HVAC systems.
