The building was divided into five sections and developed in collaboration with several structural engineering firms under a tight construction schedule. Structural verification calculations were carried out and a detailed BIM structural model was developed for the sports wing, which includes a children’s swimming pool. For the main part of the building, featuring two concert halls, a structural BIM model was created and coordinated with the HVAC systems.

One of the key challenges was the complex geological conditions and high groundwater level, which had to be carefully considered in the design of the sports complex located below the natural ground level.
