Multi-Unit Ski Hospitality Project

The project involves the development of two cabin types for a ski resort in Utah, each designed as a condominium comprising three rentable condo units. Architectural documentation was developed for the construction phase based on the established design, focusing on coordinated construction drawings and technical documentation.

The scope included the preparation of construction documentation packages in compliance with applicable codes and project requirements, supporting the delivery of the Architect of Record’s design intent.
